- How can I apply?
You can apply by filling in the job form at the bottom of a specific vacancy on our website. But you can also choose to submit a spontaneous application.
- What happens after I have submitted my application?
After completing a job form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once we receive your application, we assess your profile on the basis of your CV, whether or not you have submitted it. If you meet the requirements, we will invite you for an initial interview.
- What does the application process look like?
Our application process usually consists of:
- CV screening
- Invitation for an introductory interview
- Invitation for a follow-up interview with the department manager
- (Possibly) an assessment or assignment
- Final interview and contract proposal

- How long does the recruitment process take?
This varies by position, but usually the recruitment process takes between 2 and 4 weeks.
- Will I get feedback if I am not hired?
Yes, we always try to give feedback to all candidates. Especially after you have been invited for an introductory or follow-up interview.
- Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
Yes, you can apply to multiple vacancies if they match your experience and interests.
- Is working from home possible?
This depends on the position. The vacancy will always mention whether hybrid working is an option.
- Are there growth opportunities?
Yes, we encourage internal progression and offer training opportunities.
- How can I prepare for an interview?
- Read the vacancy that interests you carefully and be sure to check out our website already.
- Prepare examples of your experiences and skills.

- How will you handle my CV and personal data?
We treat all applications strictly confidential. Your personal data and CV are only used for the application process and not shared with third parties without your permission. At the end of the process, we only keep your data for as long as is legally permitted.
- Can I apply discreetly?
Yes, we understand that job applications can be sensitive. If you wish, we will treat your application with extra discretion. Feel free to indicate this in your application or during the first contact moment.
