Application procedure

As soon as we receive your application, we will get straight to work. We discuss your application with the manager of the department and see whether a first introductory interview can be scheduled.

We invite you for a first meeting. During this meeting, we will tell you more about our mission, vision and corporate culture. At the same time, we will also get to know you better and hear more about your motivation to join Spaas. If you apply as a laborer, you will also get a tour of our production.

If your first impression is positive, a follow-up interview with the manager of the department will follow. Here, we will discuss the position with you in more detail and see how your experience and competences match with the job.

If you apply as an employee, it is possible that an assignment will follow in this phase to test your competences in the workplace. If the introductory and follow-up interviews are successful, we will also send you a contract proposal with an attractive salary proposal.
And then we hope you will soon sign our contract.
